CDS classic is a 2-component system based on sodium chlorite (25%) and citric acid (50%) for the generation of chlorine dioxide. When the components are combined, chlorine dioxide is produced directly before use.

The 3 x 100 ml value pack includes 3 x 100 ml sodium chlorite solution and 3 x 100 ml citric acid, providing a convenient supply for repeated applications.

Unlike systems based on mineral acids, activation is carried out using an organic acid component. This provides an alternative approach within a classic reaction principle.
